Courage

First of all, I’d like to explain what courage means.courage is one’s physical and psychological state, or in other word It means strong heart. Everyday in our life we enconter difficulties and barrier and setback. If we dare to face failures and peacefully accept the bad outcomes and stand up, that man is one with courage. How can we become a man with courage? that’s a good question. How to practice to gain courage, this question should be answered in following.

 

First, we should exercise our body. Body is like a carrier of energy. A strong body should be energetic and bring energy to some organ that need it because our body consume energy in everyday life, for example, in our work,at study even on case of solving problems .

 

Second, we should positive think in place of negative thinking. Yes, our world is not perfect, sometimes is ugly and cruel. Something we meet bad guys at work and on other occasions. But that is not a rational reason that we judge the whole world is evil.we can’t judge others,or we be judged,because we are not perfect, as a normal man everyone has shortcomings and defaults and weakness. If we want to change the world, we should first chang  ourselves.  If we want to change other, we should first be strong. To be strong one is first step to influence other.
